Technology studio · Mumbai & worldwide

Well-made technology, front to back.

We build the website your customers see, and the quiet systems that run things behind it. Then we stay and look after both.

02 What we do

Most software works. Very little of it is any fun to use.

We fix both halves: the part your customers see, and the part that keeps the lights on.

What your customers see

Websites and screens people actually enjoy using, and that quietly do their job: selling, booking, explaining.

What runs the place

The systems that do the boring bits, so your team doesn't have to stay up doing them.

Everything here is live. We still look after all of it.

The honest bits, in writing.

  1. 1

    In writing

What we'll build, by when, and who's responsible. Before we start.

  2. 2

    No padding

We won't pad the quote, hide the hours, or build what you don't need.

  3. 3

    Straight answers

If a template would do, or another studio fits better, we'll say so. And who.

  4. 4

    Dates, early

If a date moves, you hear it from us first.

  5. 5

    "Ours"

When something breaks and it's our fault, we say so, then fix it.

  6. 6

    Yours to keep

The code, the logins, the domain. Leave any time, with all of it.

For Brix

For you · after our first call

07 The studio · a note

I started Brix because I kept seeing good businesses held back by software that worked, technically.

We build the bit your customers see and the bit that quietly runs the place, and we tell you the truth about both, including when you don't need us.”

08 Questions worth asking

The honest answers.

01Do we have to change the tools we already use?

Almost never. We build around what your team already knows, whether that's Shopify, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Zoho or something we haven't met yet. Nothing ripped out, nothing relearned.

02How long does a project take?

A landing page usually takes two to three weeks. Bigger websites and systems take four to eight. You'll get a date in writing before we start, and you'll hear from us first if it moves.

03What does "AI automation" actually mean here?

Small, specific systems that take a repetitive job off someone's plate: answering common enquiries, moving orders into a sheet, sending invoices, flagging what needs a human. No robots, no buzzwords, just fewer late nights.

04Why pay monthly after launch?

Same reason you service a car. Things that work quietly are being looked after somewhere. The retainer covers fixes, updates, monitoring and one useful improvement a month. You can cancel any time.

05Do you work with businesses outside India?

Yes. We're based in Mumbai and work with clients worldwide. We'll find overlapping hours, and we write everything down so nothing depends on a time zone.

06What if we're not a good fit?

Then we'll say so on the first call, and point you to someone who is. It happens, and it's better for everyone than finding out halfway through.
